1. Native article and native video (performance video) formats

1.1. Native article format

The Native Article format by SmartAds is a form of native advertising that combines banner visuals with a headline, short description, and a clearly labeled ad tag in compliance with regulations. The ad content is presented as a natural editorial card and distributed across premium publisher networks, appearing in placements such as: homepage news feeds, category listing pages, related content recommendation sections, mid-article or end-of-article placements (depending on publisher layout), breakpage areas, or footers, etc.

1.2. Native video (performance video) format

Similar to Native Article, the Native Video format (also known as Performance Video Ads) on SmartAds is a native advertising solution that leverages video creatives combined with a headline, short description, and ad label in compliance with industry standards. The ad is displayed as a native content card and distributed across digital publisher systems, appearing in placements such as: homepage feeds, category pages, related content widgets, mid-article or end-of-article placements (depending on publisher layout), breakpage sections, or footer areas, etc.

Unlike Native Article or Display Ads, Shopping Ads are optimized for direct conversion and sales performance, enabling users to view products, compare prices, and navigate directly to purchase pages with a single click. These ads are distributed across high-conversion placements such as in-comment sections, breakpage placements, and sponsored content boxes within articles.

4. Additional notes

  • SmartAds applies a fixed bidding mechanism. The published pricing table is for reference only and represents the minimum floor price on the SmartAds system. Actual campaign costs may vary depending on ad format, placement, booking duration, and specific publishers.

  • Ads are distributed across the entire SmartAds publisher network. Premium publishers include leading news platforms such as VnExpress, Thanh Nien, Tuoi Tre, Ngoi Sao, Vietnamnet, Dan Tri, 24H and other reputable media partners.

  • The minimum bid remains unchanged when advertisers choose to run campaigns across two or three platforms simultaneously. Advertisers can set their own bids, as long as they meet or exceed the required floor price.

  • The list of websites and ad network groups within the SmartAds system may be expanded and updated over time without prior notice or the need for separate client approval.

  • If advertisers choose to target audiences based on behavior and interests, an additional 15% fee will be applied. This does not apply when targeting the full audience pool.
